Good training from all those listed below, great build sets and seconds are being knocked off those times -one more session before the team go to Crystal Palace for the Biathlon Finals, we will revisit one of our first sessions to see how we have progressed in preparation for the weekend!

4 laps were completed with a 30sec rest interval between each one, the aim was to build, and as you can see, all successfully built their run, so good endurance and pacing!

Here we completed a 3 lap build, and repeated after 2mins rest. – As you can see, overall the second set were much faster, and despite the first and second laps on the first set were a bit too similar for Ludo and Jed, this was certainly not the case on the second set – well done, all of you still got under a minute on the last hardest lap – fantastic!
