The main set here was 6 x 300m efforts with 45 secs rest. The aim was to maintain pace for each effort and see what they had left on the last one! As you can see from the results, they were certainly not taking it easy, good effort by all, and spot on pacing from jed and Sam. Alex and Izzy just kept getting quicker, and the new trainers Geroge are obviously working. Ben despite the fact he felt he had nothing left for the last lap, put in a fantastic last effort beatin the previous lap by 10secs!.  Well done to all of you.
