great turn out today on a rather blustery and wet day! After a warm up and some agility relays, the athletes got straight into 1 lap of the astro intervals with a partner. Individuals recovery was the time it took for their partner to run the same laps. Everyone completed 4 laps, and the times are illustrated below. You can see that the stamina of those who have been coming regularly was excellent, infact the fastest lap was often the last one! Well done again, and looking forward to continuing the good work after half term!
