Well its Fran’s birthday tomorrow – she’s 21 again which is fairly useful. More importantly, TriPurbeck athletes have once again been taking to the streets/parks/pools and putting in some great performances. On Wednesday night, Justin ran a new pb in the Purbeck 10k finishing 18th in 36.17 – that’s quick running. Neil McDermott posted a 38min time and John Skilton also set a pb of 45min. Richie also put in a great performance coming in in 47mins although you won’t spot him in the results as he was running with someone elses number – but we won’t mention that in case the crazy running people ban him.

Performance of the week though goes to Beth who ran in the Race for Life 5k at Kingston Maurward today – great stuff.
